Our sanitary unit service offers flexibility, adapting to the available service providers in your area. But don’t worry – the implementation process remains consistent. Your inclusive sanitary units are delivered and placed into your toilet cubicles.
Here’s what happens during servicing:
Scheduled Servicing: According to your contract, our Customer Delivery operative will visit your site at your designated frequency. They’ll either swap out your existing bins with fresh, sanitised ones or arrive with all necessary PPE and equipment for on-site cleaning & servicing.
The operatives will require access to your site so providing your opening hours is crucial in order to plan the most environmentally route for the servicing team to take
The waste is responsibly recycled at designated facilities, ensuring environmental sustainability. Plus, your Duty of Care note, included with your contract, provides the legal documentation you need to demonstrate proper waste disposal.

Organisations in the UK must comply with three Acts / Regulations which commonly take place with washroom activities. These are “The Workplace (Health, Safety & Welfare) Regulation (1992)”,
“The Water Industries Act (1991)” and “The Environmental Protection Act (1990)”.
