How do I sign up for a waste service contract with you?
How do I sign up for a waste service contract with you?
You can simply click through the “sign me up” button under the payment option you prefer which will take you to a fully secure payment gateway (Stripe). Once your payment method is confirmed you will be sent an electronic contract for you to e-sign and send back. We will organise everything from there.
If you would rather talk it through first then just click the “arrange a call” button or email info@greencircledirect.com with a telephone number and convenient time for you and we will call you back and walk you through it.
Wondering How Our Sanitary Unit Service Works?
Our sanitary unit service offers flexibility, adapting to the available service providers in your area. But don’t worry – the implementation process remains consistent. Your inclusive sanitary units are delivered and placed into your toilet cubicles.
Here’s what happens during servicing:
Scheduled Servicing: According to your contract, our Customer Delivery operative will visit your site at your designated frequency. They’ll either swap out your existing bins with fresh, sanitised ones or arrive with all necessary PPE and equipment for on-site cleaning & servicing.
The operatives will require access to your site so providing your opening hours is crucial in order to plan the most environmentally route for the servicing team to take
The waste is responsibly recycled at designated facilities, ensuring environmental sustainability. Plus, your Duty of Care note, included with your contract, provides the legal documentation you need to demonstrate proper waste disposal.
With our friendly and efficient service, you can trust that your hygiene needs are in good hands.
How do I sign up for a one-off waste collection with you?
One-off Collections
Just let us have your requirements via e-mail (or use the form below) – or arrange for a call and we will pull together an invoice for the collection and send it across to you. Once payment has been confirmed we will arrange the one off collection for you.
I have some waste (sharps and / or bags) that I need collecting & I need a contract – will they be covered?
Our contracts are for new bins to be installed and then collected at the frequency you require thereafter – so for example, if requiring a quarterly contract for Sharps, the bins would be delivered and then exchanged 3 months later.
Should you require the additional waste already on site to be collected (if your old supplier has let you down) then we can arrange this as a separate one-off collection outside the contract.
I ordered a bin but it hasn't been delivered yet?
Your bin will be delivered within 10 working days from confirmation of your order. You will receive a call or email once we have confirmed the expected delivery date with our supplier.
My bin was due but hasn’t been delivered?
Please and let us know using the form below and we will get straight back to you.
Can I change which bin I’ve ordered?
Get in touch and we will let you know what we can do – the quicker you can let us know of any change requests the better.
Can I lock my bin away so it cannot be stolen or vandalised?
This is fine, however please use a combination lock only and inform us of the code so we can put it on the driver’s notes. Please do not damage the bin by putting a hole in to padlock it (unless you have checked with us first) as some suppliers will charge you for this.
Will the driver come in and get my bin?
For some types of waste yes – Sharps, sanitary bins etc, however for recycling and general waste, no, so please ensure it is left out for collection.
This is due to both driver schedules (as the drivers have a lot of customers on their routes, and extra minutes on each site all means missed visits at the later end of the shift), and also insurance considerations.
If you need to discuss this further please let us know.
Do I have to pay by Direct Debit or can I send you cash/cheque?
If Direct Debit is not possible, we can accept BACs, CHAPS, or card payments, but prefer Direct Debit so that your contract continues without any disruption to service if you forget to pay. We are unable to accept cheques or cash unfortunately.
What type of bags can I use in my bin?
If you have a general waste bin, you can use any bags.
If you have a recycling or glass bin, it’s best not to use any bags at all. We recommend tipping an internal recycling bin into your bin outside. This will save you money on bags and help the environment too.
If you have a food bin, you can either put food directly into the bin without bags, or you can use clear plastic bags/liners.
If you have ordered a bag only service from us, then you will have purchased a roll of bags up front. These are branded with the company who will be collected them and you can only use these bags for this service. If you need some more, let us know.
